2. Course Accessibility & Commitment 

• Upon successful enrollment, learners receive immediate or scheduled access to course materials, exclusive content, and learning resources. 
• Our courses are designed for self-paced and interactive learning; therefore, Growthera is unable to issue refunds for non-participation, change of mind, or personal scheduling conflicts.
• We firmly believe that our courses provide significantly more value than the price charged, equipping learners with practical skills, industry insights, and career-enhancing knowledge. 

3. Exceptional Cases 

While our No Refund Policy is strictly enforced, exceptions may be considered under the following limited circumstances: 

• Duplicate Enrollment: If a learner is accidentally charged multiple times for the same course. 
• Platform Errors: If a confirmed technical issue on Growthera end prevents access to the course and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. 

Any such requests must be submitted to support@growthera.in within seven (7) days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The final decision will rest solely with Growthera. 

4. Compliance with Growthera’s Policies 

Courses are hosted on Growthera, learners must also adhere to Growthera’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policies, which govern transactions and disputes.
